How can you start scanning and printing Pictures from your PC?

Scanning

Follow the guidelines mentioned below to scan pictures from your computer:

1.     Connect the scanner to your PC by plugging the smaller end of the USB cord into the slot of the scanner, and the bigger end into your computer.
2.     Now you have to power the scanner and turn on your scanner.
3.     After this, you can place whatever you want to scan into your scanner.
4.     You will then need to follow the directions from the scanner’s manual and also the scanner’s third-party software to make sure that you are pressing right buttons.
Note: Sometimes the Scan button you will find can be called something else entirely.
5.     You can crop the previewed image if your scanning software offers you to preview the scan before you start saving the image.
6.     Here you may save the image.  This may take a secondary scan of the item as to scan only those areas you want to scan.

Printing

Follow the guidelines mentioned below to print pictures from your computer:

1.     First of all launch the program that is used by you to view your pictures.
2.     Go to the file of the picture you saved in the program.
Note: You can do it with a quick keyboard shortcut, by pressing Ctrl and O keys simultaneously, but you'll need to refer to your program documentation menus to make sure you can do it in your program, as not every program tend to use the same methods to launch the Open window.
3.     Then preview the picture you have selected, as you turn on your printer. Ensure that the picture you have chosen is really the one you want to view. Also, you can make any adjustment in the picture if you want to make it even better.
Note: You may also use the Auto-Adjust setting to fix up your photos in edit mode.
4.     If you have any changes, you will need to save your file first to make sure that only the most current picture is going to print.
5.     You can use the keyboard shortcut the print menu can be found in.
6.     Now you will need to select the printer it should be printing on. Also, you can choose any other document style specifications that might need to be set including the number of copies which you want to print.
7.     You will have to follow the directions to your particular printer to figure out what your printer is capable of printing.
8.     Now you can start printing the photos by using the buttons on your computer.
